1 teller open with a long line is ridiculous. I hate this confusing machines they want you to use and I refuse to use them. Machines will be taking the tellers job

I’ve been a member for 20 years and cannot believe that there is more ATM machine inside the building then workers at the counter to assist. The machines are limited you cannot eliminate clerks and then in top of that not have ATM machines that can process all transactions. It’s irrelevant also machines do not take all bills they have to be perfect with no marks etc.. This is an Ai bank . Horrible change .. long lines with 2 counter clerks . If it’s Ai let the machines do the 100% operations of a human being .
