I went in at closing (5:58) and August willingly stayed late and helped me open a new account. He was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me do this. Customer service here at the Leo branch has always been great to me.

My husband & I had the pleasure of conducting our business with Jim Isaac while he was filling in at the Warminster branch. I came in for a replacement debit card; we left having successfully consolidated our debt, & refinancing my credit card. Each step, he made sure to explain and check to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. We would br happy to deal with him again.

I am extremely disappointed with this credit union’s security. My debit card was fraudulently used even though I have never used it for any purchases since receiving it in October 2023. I still have the card in my possession, yet someone was able to get the information and use it. When I reported the issue, I clearly stated that I do not want a replacement debit card and do not want a debit card for this account. I hate the machines replacing tellers. The employees still have to help people with these things. It makes no sense at all. If I want an ATM machine I'll just go to Wawa, it's faster. I'll be looking for another bank who has humans. I've been with PFFCU for years & years. Its really disappointing.
