Went down to one human teller, took forever. Pushing machines takes away from actual interaction with someone from the bank. However you stand on the subject not an efficient way to work.
Replaced 80% of the tellers with useless, confusing machines that require assistance from employees to figure out/use, so what is the point? Three tellers and ten machines = long, slow lines and a clear disregard for customer service. Will be looking for a different credit union with actual people. Oh and way to go with supporting your loyal employees. Morons.
This is my primary financial organization. I like their friendly customer service and taking a good care of their members. Financial products they offer are highly competitive especially compared to larger and national banks. I must say, however, that automated tellers are a joke and they should have not reduced the number of human tellers in this particular location. Poor service. Unable to help always have to send messages to someone higher up that take multiple days to get back to you. Automatic tellers are a joke. Bring back actual people who know what they are doing.
It used to be a good bank but now it’s worse credit union… I went back to Franklin mint
