Very nice people who work there, very accommodating
I went to Bensalem branch relating to issue with my debit card and after discovering that they didn't fix the issue almost a month later, the issue persisted and money was being taken out of my account still. Sandra at the call center was a big help, she was very sympathetic, explained everything clearly, apologized for the misunderstanding, fixed the problem and helped refund a small fee. Thank you Sandra.
I went in at closing (5:58) and August willingly stayed late and helped me open a new account. He was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me do this. Customer service here at the Leo branch has always been great to me.
