I like this bank, but absolutely cannot stand the new kiosks. 4 kiosks, none of them are working, only two tellers… the one teller is constantly running to the kiosks to help them, so really there’s only one teller… Been here 20 minutes and the line for the one teller hasn’t moved an inch.

Let me get this straight, Tellers now get paid to show the members how to do THEIR job with these new ATM’s making wait times longer. SMH. This used to be a good bank.
