If I could give 0 stars I would…I am definitely disappointed with their service. The customer service is horrible. I was constantly given the run around. I called in to discuss the matter with my account. I have banked with them since I was 16. Sadly I will be cutting my relationship with them. I was treated as if I was not a valued loyal customer. Inconsistent experience. Always have to wait even when we have a scheduled appointment.
I absolutely can’t stand PFFCU. I have an auto loan with them & never again. I would never even recommend this institution.. If I had to use a credit union they would be last option. Cleo in customer service & Jasmine in collections have nasty attitudes. People like that bring your business down
