We had a great experience working with Rachel at Pferrman. The showroom has more than enough options for vinyl and carpet. Rachel answered all of our questions and scheduled a prompt measuring and install. We would recommend Pferrman for your flooring needs!
Great service from start to finish. The ladies at the store location were very accommodating and friendly. The job was estimated to take two days, but they had it done in one. The installers worked fast and even moved every bit of furniture back to their original locations. For reference, I had a living room, hallway, three bedrooms and a flight of stairs carpeted. Very happy with the product and service.
This was the second house I had Pferrman install flooring. Never disappointed. The staff couldn't be nicer and the installers did an amazing job.
We've bought all our flooring from them. From carpet, runners, rugs, and linoleum. Love the quality and service start to finish.
