Pulled up too a dealership with a Facebook ad not knowing the car was listed the owner on Facebook ad didnt say that he was a salesman, jeep was not worth the price or what I was offering for even trade on Facebook. Waste of my time and was lied too. Do not recommend dealing the salesman jim.
I got a great suv to get me through college, and the finance manager John was able to get me approved with a great interest rate. John also walked me through the extended warranty options. Long story short, I have the suv I wanted with a no worries service contract (5 Years) at a payment any working college student would find affordable. Thank You !!
I had an accident with my Jeep Wrangler. I took it over to them to look at. They were very upfront and honest with me and told me that there were frame issues and could not do anything so they sent me to South Kent Frame. This company is very honest and upfront this is very rare in the automotive repair industry. I will always take my vehicle to them to work on.
I’m using my son’s account to post this. I bought my vehicle from here in February of 2019, during the polar vortex we had. It turns out it has no A/C, along with some other issues. They sold it to me like that, without telling me about the A/C. I’ve gone through 2 summers now without A/C because I cannot afford to fix it. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I’m telling EVERYONE to not bother buying anything from these lying salesmen!! Buy somewhere else!!
Totally happy and impressed with the Dan Pfeiffer Automative Group and Jim in the Sales Department. Everything was upfront,very fair,and efficient and all done online. Jim provided extra detailed pictures including the undercarriage and was prompt with all my questions. The vehicle arrived just as seen-in excellent shape and I highly recommend dealing with Jim and Dan Pfeiffer Automative Group.
