Went to Creighton Rd. office to express concerns about my mother's walker being too tall for her to use properly. We were not aware petite options were available. It was dispensed (home delivery) june 1st 2012. While one of the workers was looking up date, the other one was quick to state there was a 30 day exchange policy. The problem is it was their mistake.
