Renting from Pfeifer has been great. 2.5 years of renting with them and I really do not have anything bad to say. If something needs fixed they get it done fast, no waiting a week or two to get things done like some other places. I would rent from them again if I was staying in MN.
I called Kent Pfeifer 3 seperate times. The first time he tried to upsell me to a different apartment (after responding rudely). The second time he did not respond to my voicemail. The third time we scheduled a showing, he was 50 minutes late after saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. He claimed that someone was locked out of their apartment (Totally cool, could have texted me). After the walk through I applied the same night. I have been renting from Pfeifer Management now for 4 months and my experience has been awesome. The first day I walked into my apartment I knew I was walking into my home. Property manager is always a big help if I need anything from his team. I live on top of a commercial business in the old part of Buffalo. Something I really enjoy about Pfeifer Management is the updating of there rentals to be exactly in tune with the styles of today.
