Excellent service! I’m a first time customer to Pfefferle Tire. The service was excellent from my initial call all the way through the tire service they provided. My service need was not the ‘standard’ request and they were extremely accommodating and professional. I’m confident I wouldn’t have received this level of service from the big national companies. I wasn't going to do this until my check engine light came on and I opened the hood and noticed my oil cap wasn't put back on. I was already unhappy that it cost $224.94 for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to drive my car around and tell me they dont know what the sound was to take it to the dealership.
