I wasn't going to do this until my check engine light came on and I opened the hood and noticed my oil cap wasn't put back on. I was already unhappy that it cost $224.94 for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to drive my car around and tell me they dont know what the sound was to take it to the dealership.

Went here 9 years ago and had a horrible experience. They tried overcharging me by hundreds of dollars, even though I had an email saved from the owner with the original price. I recently came back to give them another chance, and yet again, it was another bad experience. An alignment check at every other shop is free. It takes about 15 minutes to hook it up and check it. I have been bringing my vehicles for maintenance and service for years and they never disappoint me. I appreciate that they tell you upfront how much a service repair will be before the work is done. All the staff are friendly and courteous and will continue to bring my vehicles here for many more years.
