I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant on March 14 at approximately 6:40 PM at the Tampa Airport location. When I arrived, the hostess informed me that there were no tables available. However, the restaurant appeared to be only about half full, with several tables clearly open. What happened to P.F. Chang’s? It has really gone downhill. The food was mediocre at best. The rice was hard and slightly browned, which is surprising because rice should be one of the easiest things to get right!!! Nothing we ordered stood out, and the overall taste just seemed blah. The only positive was that our server was nice. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the food. I won’t be returning. I’m not sure how people like this place.
Very disappointing experience. This location would not accept a P.F. Chang’s gift card, which was frustrating and very unexpected. We waited to be seated without any greeting or direction from staff, and our appetizers arrived after our entrees, which disrupted the meal. Overall, the service and organization did not reflect the standard we’ve come to expect from P.F. Chang’s.
Ate here, got sick told the manager. First they brought uncooked chicken breast, then bad broccoli. Nurse at urgent care concluded gastrointestinal illness. Major negative effects on job and life. Told them about it. I hope it gets fixed in the kitchen.
