I expected better from P.F. Chang’s. For a restaurant that markets itself as serving Asian cuisine, the food completely misses one of the defining elements of great stir-fry: wok hei—the smoky, flame-kissed flavor that gives these dishes their character. Without it, the food feels flat and lifeless. It’s disappointing that a restaurant of this size doesn’t seem to prioritize authentic cooking techniques or properly train its kitchen staff. Service was terrible. My wife was done with her meal and the waiter wouldn’t check on mine. Both meals poor quality.

I couldn’t find anything less than one star to rate this location, portion wise was a joke!!! , I ask for what supposed to be a brown rice and they gave a super dry and half cooked!! , I also ask for a side of noodles, which they charge me $4 something for it , and it was literally one full fork of noodles!!! lol , my Mongolian beef with scallion, Was consisted of scallion with a few beef scattered around the plate!!!!
