My wife went in for foot pain. NP Riddle completely ignored her while she explained her symptoms. She felt her leg and said she has a blood clot and could die. IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!!! We went to the ER and turns out it was a ligament, no big deal. We're filing a formal complaint after the weekend. Her conduct was totally unacceptable.
The staff and the environment were all around horrible. DON’T GO HERE.
I wish there wasn't even an option to give them a star to write a review. I brought my child in at 6:38 p.m. and was denied service because they're closed early but yet online it says 7:00 p.m. the receptionist told me it's been like that for a couple weeks now.
Very pleased with the service we received from Dr. Hennemann and the staff today. Dr. Hennemann was extremely patient with our 19 month old! He even followed up an hour later to make sure everything was going okay. Amazing service! Can’t thank you all enough. Kendra Swift
