This is my first CrossFit gym and I started with their fundamentals course which I 100% recommend if you’re new to CrossFit. I can honestly say that each instructor is super diligent and encouraging. Even when the class is big, the instructors are helping you perfect your form and encouraging each individual to do their best through the workout. The energy is friendly but not soft (which I like). Did an awesome wod with the super nice people of @pfc_crossfit. This box didn't disappoint one bit - well equipped and maintained, I felt welcomed here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas.
