Always took my Subaru to Kitchener for service, but since I live in Guelph I decided to try Pfaff last week. Brought vehicle in for 8:30 appt that they said would take about 3 hours. Right away I got a text saying we'll send you a video of your inspection; contact us with any issues. Great. By 1pm I heard nothing so I tried contacting them--twice. No response. I love the service that this place provides, last year I bought my Subaru Forester Sport 2025 I never had any problem, every time I go to maintain my car they do a detailed inspection. I love that they make you a video explaining the condition of your vehicle. Very happy with the service that Pfaff Subaru has given me.
The service appointments was made in response to a Subaru email asking me to arrange a visit for a recall modification. I added a regular service to the work order. When I picked up the car I was disappointed to be told that the recall had not been done since the parts were not in stock. This was a surprise since the appointment was made specifically for this recall operation. Communication issue? All previous service experiences over four years had been exceptionally positive.
