The service appointments was made in response to a Subaru email asking me to arrange a visit for a recall modification. I added a regular service to the work order. When I picked up the car I was disappointed to be told that the recall had not been done since the parts were not in stock. This was a surprise since the appointment was made specifically for this recall operation. Communication issue? All previous service experiences over four years had been exceptionally positive.
Knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Our whole experience at Pfaff Subaru was so unlike any other car buying experience. No pressure, just great people working with us to get the vehicle we dreamed of!!
Work completed on time as promised.
