I have been using this dealer for my service since I moved to the area a few years ago. The service has been declining since then. My last service may have been the final straw. Through their online portal, an on-rim seasonal tireswap is $59.99. When I brought it in, they said it was $89.99. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to honour their own price.
