Was in last week and had a very great experience purchasing a used car from Royce at Pfaff. The car was a solid deal and the detailing and overall presentation of the car on delivery was great! A great dealership from my experience!
When we were looking for a new car we went to all of the dealers and kept coming back to Surbaru. Our sales person was Amber Storr andshe was fantastic! She didn't hover over us while we looked at the car we were interested in, but was available to answer any questions we had. She knew the product inside and out and we never felt rushed or pressured, so the product AND the sales person combined led us to buying an Impreza. We have only had it for a week but we love it .Thank you Amber!
We went in ready to buy a car and the greeter told us we couldn’t because everyone was busy and she didn’t know when someone would be available. I guess good for them that they can turn down guaranteed sales like that, but a bit disappointing and a bit bizarre.
Meh - since when did it become a month long wait to get a vehicle looked at for repair? Not the repair itself, but just to get it assessed. They need to up their game and provide quicker service.
