After searching many months for a particular car (I’m very picky), I was lucky enough to meet Greg M and the team at Pfaff. Greg was great to work with. He knew the car inside out and he earned my trust from the beginning. I knew I was in good hands. He made the process feel fun and not pressured at all. Toryn Danhousen was my sales rep when I purchased my new to me car. Toryn did a great job in helping me out. He and the store have a low pressure approach that I appreciated since I was not sure what car I was interested in buying. In the end a nearly new car arrived on their lot and we were able to make a deal. Toryn was professional and had good communication through the whole process. I don't know if I will buy another Subaru, but if I do I would shop at the Pfaff store again.
