It was great when I leased the $300,000 car not so great when I went back at the end of the lease, and they tried to take advantage of me. Needless to say, I didn't deal with them in the end and went somewhere else where my money was valued. Based on my experience, I will never ever use Pfaff to purchase another vehicle. I traded the leased vechicle in and purchased a Porsche 911 Targa somewhere else where I was a valued customer and not lied to.
I always have an amazing experience dealing with Jason. Whether I’m buying or selling, he consistently goes above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s extremely professional, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about providing exceptional service. The level of service Jason provides is hard to find these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. Five stars all around!
