Highly disappointed with my post sale experience at Pfaff. After spending over $300k, I dealt with poor service and a questionable safety inspection regarding the tires, thankfully Audi Ottawa got Pfaff to rectify the issue. I’ve since moved my business to Mike at VDG, where the post-sale experience is actually prioritized, bought two lambo’s from Mike. In my opinion, I would avoid Pfaff if you expect high-end service to match a high-end price tag.
We were driving by and I asked my parents if we could go stop by and look at the cars as I recognized the name pffaf from the International Canadian Autoshow. They agreed and once we got there it was amazing, amazing cars there and the staff was super friendly letting us look at all the cars and offering us normal/sparkling water. Was able to see some amazing cars 10/10 experience. Definitely if you want a supercar buy one from here (based off other reviews maybe one day I can buy something from here)
