I have yet to purchase a vehicle from Pfaff Reserve, but my experience working with Mark Basili was excellent. Despite being short-staffed that day, Mark made the time to show me four very different vehicles. He was transparent about the differences between them, openly discussing everything from operational costs to reliability and potential liabilities. It’s clear he has a great deal of experience, but more importantly, he brings a refreshingly honest perspective.
