I've been rear ended twice in my tesla and both times, I came to Pfaff. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Not only did they fix the damage but they detailed the interior and exterior of the car. Dave also gave me a tour of the shop. Very cool and interesting for a non car person like myself. He also offered additional services like rim restoration and small dent repairs. They also have an in-house rental company to streamline the entire process.
