I want to begin by expressing my thank you to the Pfaff Autoworks team for their amazing work done on my vehicle. Mindy and her team of exceptional autobody experts and workers do fabulous work. The staff was pleasant to deal with and also provided me with a rental (just so happen to be a BMW) hassel free. I brought my car into Pfaff after I read reviews and I was very pleased. excellent, first-class service. i had my car repaired after a minor fender bender, and everything was handled perfectly from drop-off to pick-up. all the details were taken care of by email before i even arrived. the rental drop-off and pickup were seamless, and getting my car back was just as smooth. none of my time was wasted, and i really appreciate that. i hope i won’t need another repair anytime soon, but if i do, this is the only place i’ll go.
I highly recommend Pfaff Autoworks, and specifically Mindy Crystal. She appeared at my home 2 days after my incident, and took all the photos required by the Insurance Company. There was an issue with Insurance receiving her photos and getting approval for the work. She was SO persistent! Emails and phone calls resulted in finally getting the problem solved and work began.
