My little girl and I got ripped off by Audi Vaughan and Pfaff so!!! Badly. Brought up issues to JESSA AVILA, SEAN SAHAKIAN, DANIEL RUSSMAN, LUCA DE CORTE, CHRIS PFAFF LESLIE WOLLEN. ALL!!! Of them did nothing. Bought a 2018 Audi SQ5 that we were told was mint perfect. Everything that could go wrong did and complete engine failed in around 4 months and nobody mentioned here helped at all and ignored us!

This was the first time using the Audi service department at Audi Vaughan and I was very impressed from start to finish. I bought a new Q5 and it was time for tire change over and an oil change. Alessandra, my service advisor went above and beyond to make my entire experience, smooth and stress-free.
