This was the first time using the Audi service department at Audi Vaughan and I was very impressed from start to finish. I bought a new Q5 and it was time for tire change over and an oil change. Alessandra, my service advisor went above and beyond to make my entire experience, smooth and stress-free. I’ve literally had to leave dozens of messages to Audi Vaughan main store, plus their used lot, plus Pfaff as a whole. Bought a vehicle 3 months ago and got so ripped off it’s disgusting. I could write pages of the problems! But, why bother, nobody at Pfaff cares about their customers. Bought and forgot should be their “moto” Real reviews will be seen as 1 star. All saying the similar type things. All 5 star reviews are all over the place. Can you say fake 5 star review generator!
