There’s something to be said about dealing with someone you know will get things right. I drive a 2014 Audi A6, and at this point it doesn’t necessarily need to see the inside of an Audi dealership. That said, I still go because I know Shawn Hendricks will be thorough, transparent with pricing, and precise with both the estimate and the timing of when my vehicle will be ready. A true professional.
