So I just spent 2 hours in your parking lot waiting for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5pm. Along with Lord knows how many of us.... and when my food did come, 2 hours later, it’s so cold that it doesn’t even taste good. When I asked for my money back, I stupidly prepaid, I was told I’d have to take it to corporate bc the manager wasn’t issuing refunds. So, I’m $115 deep into a cold dinner and on my way to Taco Bell. RecommendedAbsolutely stunned when I pulled up for curbside pickup tonight on my way to work as an RN at Holy Redeemer... the team at PF Chang’s in Warrington said it was on them!!!! My coworkers thank you for your kindness and for such a delicious dinner💙💙

They send an email asking for locals to support them this afternoon - try to place an order online 3 1/2 HRs prior to closing - says they can’t take the order - so I call thinking this has to be an error - hung up on once - next person rude & say Sorry but too bad we are not taking orders - don’t send emails asking for support for your business then no service & rude on phone
We got takeout. Mongolian beef was dry and crispy, the honey chicken had no honey on it. Extremely disappointed.
Food was fine , the portions were literally a joke, I thought it was a child’s serving, service was fine , my table rocked so bad it was spilling my water. After we left I immediately went up the road to Arby’s to finish eating, never had to do that before. $5.00 worth of food for 25.00 . Why so stingy
