This was my first time dining at P.F. Chang’s while being here on vacation. Upon entering the ambiance of the restaurant was subtle and dimly lit with horse statues toward the front entrance. We let the hostess know that we had reserved a table. She was very kind and chatted with us a bit as we got seated. Our waitress was also very accommodating and was very polite and friendly as well. Two Consecutive Orders Ruined – Serious Packaging Issue This is the second consecutive lunch order I’ve placed that included hot and sour soup — and the second time the soup arrived completely spilled out of its container and soaked through the plastic bag. The first time, I assumed it was an isolated mistake and let it go. I requested a refund through Uber Eats and moved on. Now it has happened again. Same issue. Completely spilled container. My server Nancy was the sweetest person ever, she was very attentive to all her customers even tho she had like 4 tables she made sure all her tables were well taken care of , we need more servers like her, food was amazing service was excellent.

Everything from service to food was amazing! We had a great time at PFChangs. Excellent place for lunch and dinner in DT Austin!
