I recently dined at your establishment and was very disappointed with my overall experience. The fabric seating in the dining area was, in my opinion, well below the standard I expect from P.F. Chang's. The seats appeared to be extremely soiled, to the point that I placed my napkin over the seat before sitting because I was uncomfortable making direct contact with the fabric. No one at the pickup door you have to ask for someone. Then when you order online it says 13 min when it takes 45. It was so dusty in there waiting on my food Togo
