My first time at P F Chang’s. I was excited. I couldn’t wait to eat there. The experience was HORRIBLE! 3 of us sat down to eat. A nice lady took our orders. One of us received food. The food was not good. The others, myself included, noticed, after our friend was done eating, we had not received our food. I went there today for lunch. since I left, I’ve thrown up six times! The height and our soup was horrible and missing ingredients. Let’s just say I won’t be back again ever.

I ordered on 02/24/2026 and the rice was hard under cooked, Chang’s spicy chicken was burnt and nasty. This was my favorite restaurant but after this visit it will be a while before trying PFChangs again. They also had one cook on duty that seemed overwhelmed. I would like to request a refund please.
