This place is greatly overrated. The sweet and sour chicken is bland and dry. Give me a smaller place without the statues anytime.
My reviews can be brutal, but if you call yourself a professional restaurateur or chef, by all means you should be one. PF Chang's might not be "authentic" Chinese food, but I'm here to tell you that it sure is incredibly good. I love Chang's Spicy Chicken. I love the noodles. I love the Lemon Chicken. I love the service, and I crave the flavors. If you've never been there, don't deny yourself any more. They are more expensive than the typical Chinese restaurant, but they're worth it!
