Horrible food. Too much sauce. Flavors were overpowering. Teriyaki beef was mostly bread and sauce, very little beef. Seriously, one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Alex provided good service, though. He made things right.
First time ever dining at PF Changs & we are NOT disappointed!!!! We came in for a cute little date night before our movie, & our server Alex was phenomenal!! (especially considering we came in 45 min before close…so sorry!!) His introduction was super articulate & thoughtful & his recommendations were on point !! SHOUTOUT ALEX !!!! oh also…. GET THE BANANA SPRING ROLLS truuuust
We love P.F. Chang’s! We made a Reservation and got seated close to our reservation appointment. However the section they sat us in, looked unkept. Our waitress was busy closing out numerous tabs. The tables remained uncleared for an extended period of time. Thanks to the Manager, our order was taken and delivered. We only saw our waitress when we were seated and closing out our tab.
We came here to celebrate a birthday. The food was good, however, the service was extremely lacking. Our server, Andre, was completely disinterested in doing his job. When my wife asked for a straw for her water, Andre essentially toss the straws onto the table in a very disrespectful manner. At one point one of us accidentally spilled a bowl of rice all over the table and onto the floor.
