Great place, shame it’s closing
We probably went there on a wrong day! Reserved a table for 730 pm on a Valentine’s Day and got seated only at 840.. food was great but due to overwhelming crowd probably the server was exhausted. Messed up our order twice- disappointing was chefs special trio dish was messed and although we mentioned it to the server, not much was done to rectify. We loved the rest of the food and ambience..
Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience at PF Chang’s on Valentine’s Day. We made a 6:30 PM reservation through OpenTable but were not seated until about 8:15 PM. We understand it was a busy holiday, but the lobby was extremely crowded and we also had to be manually added to the queue despite having a reservation. Once seated, our food took around 45 minutes to arrive, and our appetizer came just minutes before the entrees. My husband and I went for our valentines/anniversary/his birthday and had an amazing time! I truly fell in love with him all over again. Our waiter was Skylar, who made it even more magical.
