We decided to try Ph Changai for dinner. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with a striking interior decor dominated by black and red tones. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff; from the hostesses and waitresses to the bartender, everyone provided excellent service from the moment we were greeted until our order was taken and we were checked on throughout the meal.
