Our experience in Honolulu was absolutely terrible. On Wednesday, December 10th, we made a reservation for 6:30 p.m. at the restaurant. When we arrived, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled, but we could return in 30 minutes. We returned 35 minutes later and were told there would be another 30 to 45-minute wait. Lamentablemente hoy el servicio de PF fue muy malo, desde no tener la salsa de soja en el recipiente, hasta pedir los palillos para el sushi ( ambas cosas deberían haber estado contempladas previamente) y que el camarero en el ínterin, hablé con un compañero en lugar de priorizar mí pedido. Aparte jamás consulto como sería el orden los platos, así que debimos esperar más de lo debido ( comensales que llegaron después de nosotros, llegaron después).
