Really enjoyable dinner . Typical great PF Chang’s food and service. After a couple bad meals in other local places it was so nice.
The food was excellent The servers were exceptional But...we had a reservation and when we arrived we were told our table wasn't ready they will get it ready and call us. 20 mins went by, then 30. We asked at the stand about our reservation. Yes we can seat you now. When the hostess seated us I asked what was the problem, why did we have to wait 30 mins? She told us oh your reservation expired because it took so long so it was removed from our system. I told her we had no control over their system. There was a non response... read more
