I want my money back as soon as possible. I bought the food but it came in a humiliating way. I will message this to their corporate office too. Respectfully please compare the pictures of their menu and food they have served please provide your corporate email.
Tried Kung bao beef, it’s nice the rice is free
Our waitress was nice and very helpful. However, the meal and the restaurant were awful. We have eaten at PF Changs over 100 times and this was the worst.
Sitting here right now at the bar area. Lady only came for order, and that's it. Didn't check on us as we did get the wrong order. Have pictures of 5 standing around gossiping about another employee at bar area and not acknowledging us at all. She also kept playing with her hair, yuck. We would have sent back but she never came back over. Food was just okay. We told them about beer and they were very rude.
Food preparation is very poor. No appetite since they put this plate in front of me.
