Hwy 80, Phenix City. Forced to use the only kiosk that was working, no one would take our order. No straws, fountain drinks not working in dining area. Will go to Burger King from now on. They at least act like they want your business.
Very disappointed at the North Columbus McDonals location on Veterans. I have gone 2x times in 2 week and their ice cream machines doesn't work. Are you two lazy to clean the machines!
Well unemployed in Phenix City Alabama for McDonald's and I'm trying to get another highlight card for my pay and a Skyline card anyway my skylight card was lost it was supposed to been activated on August 6th I'm trying to reacquire a new card so far I can't get that Sunshine I figure out shutter restart McDonald's on over Columbus or just totally Reason from McDonald's corporation but I really don't want to do that and this location I'm at here in Phoenix City I rather get transferred to to warm in Columbus Georgia on vari... read more
Visited your Milgen road location today on 12/27/22 order was read back correctly entered correct and was not made correctly. I called to express my concerns with the incorrect order manager was less than helpful told me just don't come back if I am not happy. Trust me I won't come back to that location again. It is a shame that management is unaware of their employees not being able to make a correct order and when they are told about it their response is just don't come back.
