Hwy 80 is an absolute joke. Was told today, bc the woman taking my order wouldn't stop interrupting me and actually listen, that my son's happy meal was not on the order and I would have to, get this, drive back around and reorder at the speaker.... they're super busy bc of their own incompetence and I would have to wait and let the food that was already with me get cold to get my son's happy meal..... if the food was for me I wouldve just left without the food. Won't be stopping here again. I'll just make the trip to 280...... read more
This place gave my poor kid a hard time after she had emergency surgery. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working for this company
Hwy 80, Phenix City. Forced to use the only kiosk that was working, no one would take our order. No straws, fountain drinks not working in dining area. Will go to Burger King from now on. They at least act like they want your business.
Very disappointed at the North Columbus McDonals location on Veterans. I have gone 2x times in 2 week and their ice cream machines doesn't work. Are you two lazy to clean the machines!
