I was referred to Dr. Pezen by a social worker I was seeing for therapy after a less than pleasant experience w/ another dermatologist. My psoriasis condition was complicated, & took many months to resolve. However, I did what Dr. Pezen recommended, & fortunately I have not had a problem in 7 years since then. I found him to be very compassionate as I explained issues related to my depression, which I allowed to get the best of me in terms of not being as compliant w/ his initial recommendations

Dr. Pezen and his staff have cared for my family of six and I for the last 5 years. Most recently he has worked with me with an ongoing concern that came about thru my chemotherapy treatments. He is a true professional and one that will always make time for you.

Questionable business practices. I was informed incorrectly buy his office staff that he was in-network, via them charging me a fee which was for an in-network doctor. They looked at my insurance card, saw that an in-network specialist visit was $60, and informed me that the charge for the visit would be $60. This happened twice. I later received a large bill from him much to my surprise. They avoided responding to my inquiries about this matter until I contacted the attorney general's office.
