We have used Peyton Webster for multiple stair runners and custom area area rugs. They are a wonderful company, very detail oriented and great communication!
As the owner of a large design firm in NJ- I find this company untrustworthy. They refuse to fix problems, return phone calls and honor warranties. We used them for over a decade with the former owner- and these new owners are a hot mess. Stay away- the headache is not worth it. We have dozen of emails unanswered and hone call ignored. We have found Peyton Webster to be a real asset with prompt response to questions regarding their vast carpet resources. They are knowledgeable and generous with samples. We highly recommend them.
Janelle and Donna were a dream to work with! They went above and beyond to help us with our project and we couldn’t be more thankful. Their rug selection is amazing and anything they didn’t have in their shop they were willing to order samples of. They made great suggestions and thought outside of the box which we really appreciated! Communication was quick and easy as well as turn around time. Definitely look to Peyton Webster for your carpet and rug needs - couldn’t recommend them more!
