I had a review about a plumbing service related to our hot water heater installation that I initially felt wasn’t great. We had some trouble getting someone to come out when we lost hot water for a few days. However, after speaking with the office, I learned they were quite busy at that time. Since then, they really stepped up and fixed our issue. I’m happy to update my review, as we truly appreciate their efforts in resolving the problem and their response to our situation.

This is an update to my earlier review. We were hearing gurgling sounds when we flushed our toilets. Bentley and Eric came to the rescue. The plumbers replaced the toilet seals and o-rings on both toilets and checked the drainage pipes from the toilets to the main drain line, clearing out a soft blockage that was causing the issue. The basement circuit breaker started tripping unexpectedly, and the old gas water heater had some rusty streaks and a bit of water on the floor. I decided to call Peyton & Sons Plumbers Company for a new heater. The plumber asked if I was interested in a recirculating hot water system, but my main concern was energy efficiency. Great plumbing service that I would definitely suggest. We've had lots of fixes recently- a new water pump, swapping out small toilets for bigger ones, unclogging a drain pipe that 2 other plumbers couldn't handle, repairing water pipes and an overflow valve I messed up, and fixing our jacuzzi drain. The two guys, keith and colin, are always polite, skilled, and quick- they always show up on the same day we ring. They keep everything neat and their charges are very fair.
