We've personally had a great experience with the doctors here, which makes this all the more frustrating to write. I recently learned that this office refuses to see foster children on Medicaid, even though they accept Anthem, the insurance those foster children are covered under. So it's not a coverage issue. It's a choice. Maybe Medicaid reimbursement is lower for foster care, but these are kids who've already had enough stability ripped out from under them, and this practice is choosing to turn them away anyway. We’ve had a great experience with Peyton Manning Children’s - Westfield Pediatrics. The staff has always been kind, patient, and welcoming with both of my kids. The providers take the time to listen to concerns, explain things clearly, and never make us feel rushed during appointments. Dr Fundenberger is AMAZING! She is so good with my little girl. She always presents herself with such a warm and friendly attitude. I wish I'd found her sooner. The front office staff are nice and helpful as well.
