We rely on medical offices to understand referral and insurance processes, especially when it can have major financial consequences. Communication and attention to detail are extremely important, and unfortunately our experience was stressful and costly. We are very disappointed with this office. Unfortunately, we were never given any straightforward answers into how this happened. Instead, there was a lot of finger-pointing with it somehow it ended up being our fault. And, our child without the proper care he needs.

Highly Recommend! Dr. Harpenau is amazing with kids—kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. We feel lucky to have her as our pediatrician!
