They don't disclose their limits on pain management prior to signing. After, we found they could not meet my father's need to manage his pain. My father was accused of abusing medication as well due to the visiting nurse not counting properly in which I counted after and took pictures. Fear was used to encourage compliance. When the nurse was addressed she said it wasn't her intention. I would not recommend this branch of hospice due to our experience.
As a caregiver for my terminally ill husband I am so thankful for these wonderful nurses. They are so kind and empathetic and keep me from feeling all alone during this horrible journey.
