We paid for lawn service for my step dad during chemo and major surgery. Craig sold us at the beginning of the season when he said he would never use big machines and wreck the grass like the other guys do and he would do everything he could to come on Thursday or Fridays so it would be nice for the weekend or sometimes on the weekends if the weather wasn't cooperating. Paid for the full season. My husband has always done our snow but is recovering from chemo and radiation. I made a mistake and my vehicle was in the driveway. I rushed out and moved it to the street. Craig did not shovel the side of the house where we keep our garbage bins and didn’t salt. I called and said I need to cancel due to the fact that we require more service. I asked that he charge me for the one time he was out and refund the rest of the money. He said he would. It’s almost a month and no check. Very poor business... read more
