This office and MD is a joke. I can't believe that he is still allowed to practice medicine. He has absolutely no morals as a medical professional. This "doctor" attempted to have an inappropriate conversation about me to another one of my physicians and when I withdrew myself from his practice he REFUSED to provide me with my progress note which I only asked for because he increased one of my meds and I needed record of it since he increased one pill to 2 pills and I needed a refill that I was going to get from my primary d... read more
