Incredibly difficult to contact (text only, and no response most of the time), they have been sent multiple referrals over the last couple years and stated they have not recieved them (from 3 different providers), and although being listed on the Anthem Healthkeeper's Plus "find care" portal they refuse Anthem patients (which is against the agreement with Anthem). The Best !! pain management I’ve ever experienced caring knowledgeable!! And actually listens to my pain concerns
This is my second visit with Dr. Nazmi. He and his team are the best. They make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Nazmi and his assisting staff talk to me through the procedure to help keep my mind off the discomfort associated with the injections. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I will continue to come to this practice for my pain management needs.
I called today September 12, 2024 to make an appointment, I spoke with Kelly B she was very polite, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and a delight to speak to. She handled my request with expertise, assuring that I would have wheelchair assistance upon arriving at the facility for my appointment and making sure my appointment was the time I requested, Kelly B. Thank you it was a pleasure talking to you, keep up the excellent work.
