does not really matter that someone has been there for 12 yrs My Grandmother has lived at Pewter Village for 12 years and the person who has been doing inside mantainence for the last year or so has been nice and always acomidating BUT he has now left for better money and the person before him was nasty, so I guess when an issue comes up we shall see.
