I have been using Pewaukee Vet for over 30 yrs. Dr. Jeff is amazing. My list of pets (family members/children) is long. My pets are always in good hands with Dr Jeff. He is not the cheapest and I have told him that. But he is the best and you get what you pay for. I will drive further for the service I receive. And "yes" in the past couple of years there have been people answering their phones and at the front desk that need customer service training. Dr. Morgan is the best holistic vet around and her staff is equally as amazing!
Dr. Tom Hirth has been taking care of my animals since 1997 and has always been professional while also compassionate. Just yesterday it was time to let my almost 14 year old dog go and when it was impossible to transport him to the clinic, Dr. Tom and his tech came to my home. They were caring and respectful and gave my beloved Bagley a wonderful send off. I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
