This was the first visit to Pewaukee Dental and I loved the atmosphere when we entered, because you could feel the warmth and the smiling faces were a hit!
Dr. Hoffins and Mel (Dental Assistant) make a fabulous team! They work very well together. I was always at ease, and they made me comfortable at all times. I am a new patient who ended up needing some crown repair. The whole procedure went flawlessly, that is except for my inability to chew on one side of my mouth, causing the temporary to be pulled right off. The front office got me in right away, and the timing was such that my permanent crown was ready to go, and they took care of it the same day. It all turned out better... read more
The staff from the receptionist to the Hygienist, to the Dentist were all warm and friendly. The Dentist had a calm about him which put me at ease. Both the Hygienist and Dentist were concerned that I was not in any pain as they did their assessment of my tooth. Definitely will be back.
The Hygienist Theresa Vanderboom is the epitome of patience, grace, and kindness. I dread the dentist, and had a less than ideal experience at my last appointment at a different Dentist's Office, so I was looking for a new place near me and I am really glad I gave Pewaukee Dental a shot. I am back for a follow up appointment soon and have WAY less anxiety than normal about going to the dentist knowing I will be in Teresa's care again.
They were on schedule and did a good job cleaning my teeth.
