Literally since the day I moved in I’ve received nothing but transparency and kindness from the maintenance crew and the Manager, Michael. I came across some very minor issues in the beginning and they were resolved very quickly. Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone enjoy their jobs as much as the men here do lol I had like a whole list (that if I’m being honest was kinda nitpicky) and they just came in actually *HAPPY* to be helpful. I have lived at Pevely Pointe apartments for 6 years and have never been happier!! Mike has been the best property manager ever and the maintenance guys have been great as well. If you are looking for a place to live Pevely Pointe apartments would be your forever home!!
Absolutely do not believe everything you read! Regardless of past history and comments...it's all about now and the future. This place has had a huge turn around! That is due to the staff. The professionalism of the management, the office team and the maintenance team! I cannot brag on them enough. The ladies in the office are always so sweet and ready to... read more
I have seen vast improvements in the management of this complex. I have two family members renting apartments here. The current manager is not only responsive, but he obviously cares about the residents.
We are so pleased with our apartment, i had to leave a review. The apartment was move in ready meaning i did have to scrub everything before moving my stuff in which was so helpful to a single mother with 3 girls. The area is quiet and pleasant. I have no issues walking to the dumpster or facilities any time of day. The pool is like a hidden gem! This place definitely has approval from these 4 ladies! 😁😁
