Did a real number on the property values in the area. Throw in the massive drain on police, fire and EMS sources and you've got a real gem
Trashy and horrible people live here.. Always problems where the cops are in here.. Kids throw trash all over the place and sit and throw balls against vehicles.. Scream and play outside til midnight... Managment won't do anything... Just a horrible place all the way around and would not recommend it to anyone to live here.. Keep looking is my advice.. Moving as soon as possible..
Apartments are nice but there are drugs all over the place, public pool is always full and nasty cause of the people that go up there, I've reported things left and right to the landlord and nothing gets done. Kids run rapid without being g watched by their parents all the time. I guess for being low income you definitely get what you ask for but not for the price....
Love it here! I have to say this is the best apartment and community I have ever had. I am going on my 2nd year at Pevely Pointe and I see myself staying here a long time. The units and property are updated, staff are all super friendly, nice neighbors, amenities are exceptional and very affordable. You can definitely call this place home.
