I highly recommend PEV Works! This was my 3rd time bringing my scooter in for a flat tire, and they’ve always been available, get the work done quickly, and give accurate ETAs. Their customer service is great, they take the time to explain what caused the flat and how to maintain it. This time they replaced the inner tube and noticed the tire also needed replacing, so they replaced it on the house. Great customer service what a lot of people don't say though it's a $150 diagnosis test fee they don't sell most ebikes so you have to provide your own parts and things but kinda high labor cost
Job well done. The team at PEV mounted the solid tire that I tried to mount myself. It looked so easy on YouTube - PEV made it happen.
Went here to get an issue checked out for my ebike and they fixed it on the spot I was like "Hell Yeah" lol. But walked in and already was some good vibes met the owner cool guy and the front desk receptionist and other staff were amazing. I'd come here again for sure and will recommend others as well for any e bike e scooters e moto etc for repairs or upgrades.
I’ve gotten my one wheel tire changed here multiple times - fair prices and super quick turnaround.
