I had to get a travel cert to travel into a certain state due to TX screw worm and found Dr. Hunter listed on the USDA website. He had never filled out this cert before so he researched this, got back to me,and I made an appt before traveling. I really appreciated him looking in to this and helping me. He also made an extra statement that specifically stated my dog was free of screw worm just to be safe. This is not your typical vet office. We took our 10 year old dog Chase to this vet while in town. The facility was very clean, staff was so kind and caring. Most of all very professional. We appreciate the care and compassion! Will definitely be recommending this place. Thanks for seeing us!
Wow!! Such great service. Brought a stray kitten in without an appt and was out right to a room. The room was clean and bright with toys for the kitten and a soft chair for me. The vet tech (Beth) was fabulous and patient and helped me with my kitten. Decided to see the doc and he answered all my questions, took his time, set me at ease and made a plan for the future care of this sweet little one. So thankful for the cleanliness of the clinic, and the care and kindness of the team - love Hope the stray kitten
I’ve never seen Bruno so relaxed at a vet office. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and it truly felt like a mini hotel for pets. They were gentle and took great care of him, which gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend it!
I recently visited PetVet365 and wanted to share my experience. The facility itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my interaction with the doctor left me very disappointed. In my experience, the doctor came across as unprofessional and dismissive when staff members asked important questions about my pet’s condition.
