Had been going to this location for vaccines and previously had very good experiences at the previous 3 visits. The last visit here we arrived and pre-registered and got in line to wait. We were told by the vet tech that we would receive a text notification when they were ready for us and that we should go wait in our car or could do some shopping. Love the quick and easy sign in and the employees were friendly
Our visit went well my dog’s rabies Injection. The line for Care moved quickly.However, the communication with where to go and the check-in process left a lot to be desired.
Everyone working was pleasant and communicative. Check in was quick as was the exam. We had no problems, just good service for my dog's yearly vaccinations.
The Veterinarian was great, no complaints. We waited 2 hours to be seen, after we secured a time frame. I paid more for the heartworm test to get the Rx filled elsewhere. With records in hand the tech suggested I have vaccines my pet was current on, after I shared my dog's records. I also asked for a written copy at the appointment, I was told to call the 800# and request it. I received an offer to purchase heartworm meds (not the same my dog has been taking for 10 yrs) the day before receiving the results from the heartworm... read more
