This was my first PetVet visit with a 33-month-old Springer Spaniel, which we just got 10 days earlier. The visit was to Tractor Supply, and the process was a bit chaotic—dogs everywhere and a few cats in crates. Many of us in line were new to the process. What I learned was 1) to have my animal registered with PetVet BEFORE the visit, and 2) Scan the QR code at the processing station as soon as possible to establish my place in line. This was our first time using this clinic. I was searching for a place where we could get my Furbaby's vaccines without paying a fortune. As I was searching online, Tractor Supply came up. I was pleasantly surprised. These clinics are offered at multiple locations throughout Jacksonville at different times throughout the day. The AC was not working in the Tractor Supply store. So it was very hot for us and my dog. The employees of VIP was not very friendly and could not give water to the pets. The guys in the store was friendly and helpful. They got water for my dog.
The entire process was very simple and efficient
Took them two hours to see my pups. Told us we’d get a text (we checked in online) when our turn was up and still no text almost 2 hours worth of waiting. Never in my life has any pet vet clinic had such terrible terrible service… not to mention the clinic showed up 30 min later than the scheduled time stated online for today.
