Took my dog a month ago for yearly vaccines. I pre-registered but I'm not sure what that got me. I was the 3rd person checked in. It took nearly 90 minutes for my dog to be seen. A week later I get an email that there was a recall on the rabies vaccine, with the option to pre-register to get another dose for free, so I do that immediately since my dog was scheduled to be spayed 2 days after the next clinic and needed the vaccine. I arrive and get in what I assume is the line. The

Took my two rescue kittens in for their shots. The team was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction. They didnt pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt want which was absolutely amazing. It made our first vet visit super easy.

I've never had such poor service after being a customer of VIP Pet Care for many years. Today, I used the Tractor Supply location in Oakdale where I was able to check in online. What a joke I was #14 and people who signed up in person where taken first. The vet techs endured the burnt of the disorganization. My cat who is an indoor 13 year old cat needed a rabies vaccine. The veterinarian told me that if my cat couldn't handle the stress of their clinic I should leave and get her some Gabapentin to calm her down . Then, come... read more
