Staff are not trained professionals, they are simply there to give the same shots that I could administer (and have) myself. Questions could not be answered and professionalism was not on the docket. Nothing was explained to me for the testing I requested. Instead I was handed a bag with not one word said. I HAD TO ASK ABOUT HOW I WOULD RECEIVE RESULTS.
