Great ladies very respectful, great motivation and good price
Staff are not trained professionals, they are simply there to give the same shots that I could administer (and have) myself. Questions could not be answered and professionalism was not on the docket. Nothing was explained to me for the testing I requested. Instead I was handed a bag with not one word said. I HAD TO ASK ABOUT HOW I WOULD RECEIVE RESULTS. This was my second time using them for vaccinations. I have no complaints. Their check in system is pretty efficient and the staff are very friendly.
Arrived at my schedule time slot. Rec'd my text to come in, went right in was seen immediately. Pup got her updates vacs that were needed. In and out within 15 minutes. Was a bit disappointed that the Vet didn't do any type of exam prior or even touching of my dog. Would have like maybe just a quick feel all over, along with some type of comment regarding my dogs appearance, "she looks good, coat is healthy, weight is good etc." Nothing, just waited for the Tech to hold my dog and gave her the shots.
