Before getting to see the vet, it was super chaotic. There were several pet owners that seemed like they could not control their pet. In fact, upon leaving we saw one very elderly woman sprawled out on the floor, half laying on her very large german shepherd trying to control him. It would be my suggestion that NO ONE bring their pet into the store prior to their turn.
I have a 75 lb. pit bull terrier mix and the entire staff is so professional and absolutely great. My dog was relaxed and so comfortable with all of them. I would highly recommend Petvet to everyone.
Overall vet care was good. Check In and waiting time was extreme and very disorganized. The store employees were trying to help but overall the petvet needed more staffing for the number of pets at the clinic.
Super friendly staff. Walked in. No wait. Great experience. Clean.
