I registered my dog Tucker who was due for his annual vaccinations. I signed in upon arrival and proceeded to the designated area. The tech started signing in animals, and I was #2 out of 37 ! The techs were very polite and professional. I highly recommend using this facility!!

The lady that was going around with the iPad at check out was impatient and rude. I asked her a question about the “recommended” services vs required services while checking in and she rolled her eyes at me like my question was stupid or something. Now the actual service she received from the vet seemed appropriate and genuine.
Honestly, horrible experience on 06/02/26…. This will be long, but I recommend everyone to read this. I’ve been taking my pets to get vaccinated here for years & have never had anything negative to say until now. Vaccines are every Tuesday from 2pm-5pm. I was there at 3pm & didn’t get seen until 4:45pm. There were people ahead of me & I usually wouldn’t have a problem waiting because I can be patient.
