Tried to be oversold in vaccines, to the tune of $80, even when she had my records from last year showing my rabies shot was good for 3 years. The 5 in 1 is good for 3 years, not 1. No physical exam, fine, I understand it's a clinic, the wait was 2 hours despite registering 2 weeks prior. I will no longer take my dog here. Please shut down as you are doing a disservice to pet owners.

Such friendly and professional vet/ assistants. Our boys did great! Definitely recommend and the price you won't find anywhere else!

Had checked in at 1:15 had to sit and wait for 3 hours to be seen and the vip pet people where rude and nasty to people

Poor communication and understaffing were evident during my visit. While these clinics are meant to provide affordable care, especially valuable in areas where local vets are not accepting new clients, the experience was disappointing. Important policies were not communicated ahead of time, either on the day of the visit or in reminder emails, which is unacceptable. The lack of clear information caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services to other pet owners.
